1. How long have you been in business?
Diamond-Motors was established in December 2001 by Armen A. Sadakian, to make the car buying experience enjoyable and cost/time effective for clients.
2. How much money will I save using Diamond-Motors?
We Guarantee the lowest pricing for your vehicle because we sell so many vehicles, know the market and where to find, and we negotiate the best price. Knowledge of current markets and where those deals are is our specialty.
3. What vehicles do you sell?
Any make, any model. We can acquire any new vehicle that is sold; from an Acura to a Ferrari and everything in between – including SUVs, family and cargo vans, and fully equipped work trucks.
4. What type of inventory do you have?
We have no inventory at our office location;
this is what allows us to save you money, by taking advantage of our low
overhead. We have access to every vehicle at or even on route to any dealership
in the U.S.
5. Do you only serve clients in the Bay Area?
No, we provide remote service to clients who reside outside of the Bay Area, as well as outside of the state.
6. What type of financing rates do you offer?
We will secure the lowest rate available, lower than your credit union and online sources. We work with major lenders (such as Chase Manhattan, Bank of the West, Wells Fargo- to name a few) to get you the “buy” rate on all funds – including leases.
7. What about factory incentives and 0% APR financing?
All special financing and rebates will be applied to your vehicle and most importantly, Diamond-Motors makes certain that you are aware of these promotions if they are available on your purchase or lease.
8. What about hard to locate vehicles?
Not a problem, we can find it! Diamond-Motors specializes in local, statewide, regional, and nationwide searches for hard to find cars. We will exercise every possible resource we have to locate the exact car you want.
9. Where do I take my car when I need warranty repair?
To the dealership of your choice. Remember, every new car carries the full manufacturer's factory warranty, and can be serviced at any dealership.
10. What about servicing my car?
You can service your vehicle at the dealership of your choice and receive excellent service.
11. What are the disadvantages of working with a New Vehicle Purchasing Service such as Diamond-Motors?
There are none! You purchase or lease your vehicle with such ease that you will be baffled at the process; this is how our company has been doing business for over six years and growing consistently by word of mouth referrals from our thousands of clients.
